I didn't realise how bad my old cushions were until I got new ones. My Loaf Boho sofa is less than 2 years old but the feather wrapped fibre cushions it came with quickly became too much hassle to plump, lost their shape and were really uncomfortable. I've attached a before and after pic...what a difference!
I was really impressed with the collection and delivery service too. It went off without a hitch. The turn around time for my cushions was quoted at 3-4 weeks but it ended up being a lot less than that. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was really lovely and helpful.
It was worth every penny to get my sofa cushions sorted and I will be recommending you to friends and family. 🙂"

"New cushions for our Ercol chairs arrived ahead of time but the fastenings had been put on the wrong way round. I sent an email with photos to Bristol Upholstery and I had a rapid response, immediately admitting a mistake had been made and apologising profusely. Packaging was dispatched and the cushions were collected as soon as I got them ready, the turn around was extremely quick and they arrived back with the fault rectified and no evidence at all that they had been altered. I thought that the care and professionalism of this company could not be faulted and the staff seemed genuinely upset and embarrassed that this mistake had happened. The cushions are really well made and fit perfectly and have given our much loved dining room furniture a new lease of life. A first rate company that really care about their customers and take great pride in doing a good job, I would thoroughly recommend."

"We have recently had 3 jobs completed by Bristol Upholstery. Firstly refilling of lounge suite seat cushions - they now feel like new again. Our dining room chair seats have now been recovered in a fabric, so we are no longer ashamed of our torn leather seats! Lastly have just taken delivery of our relacement cushions for our conservatory suite - a superb job with immaculate pattern placement and matching, something I am VERY fussy about! I also had a footstool made to my own measurements and covered in the same fabric - it's perfect. The whole process from start to finish worked smoothly - everyone I spoke to was friendly and super helpful. A HUGE range of fabics to choose from and no problem being sent samples - I think I had 20 before we came to a final decision! We feel we now have 3 brand new sets of furniture and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - you won't regret it."

Particularly Duane Dowling was my “go to” person throughout the process of choosing a beautiful material and then making sure I had the correct template for my 55 year old Errol piano chair. Even when I forgot the mail back the package of templates, I was so embarrassed but Duane took it in his stride and his reaction was so kind.
The anticipation of receiving the most beautiful cushion increased by the week and when the package arrived, we were so excited. The appropriate clips were attached to the cushion and once again the old piano chair looks amazing. Even better than my memories of it as a youngster!!!

Firstly we had our lounge suite seat cushions refilled - what a difference, how we put up with the lumpy old ones for so long I don't know!
Dining chair seats were next for recovering and again a superb job.
The final piece of the jigsaw was replacement of our conservatory suite cushions - so many fabrics to choose from and not easy when having to choose online.
A special thanks to Chelsea for her patience as, yet again, I tried more samples! I also had a footstool made to my measurements in the same fabric.
The pattern matching (something I am picky about!) is immaculate - a big thankyou to whoever was responsible for that. We feel we now have 3 brand new items of furniture. All our dealings with you have been super efficient and everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful.

From the first enquiry through to the return of the filled cushions, it was an easy procedure. Packaging (even a roll of tape included), courier, and your staff gave me confidence that the job would be done quickly to a high standard and to my specification.
Sarah was very knowledgable and helpful.
From collection to return, my six seat and back cushions were only away for two weeks including a Bank Holiday.
I don’t have a ‘before’ pic but can assure you the cushions were sadly creased and saggy. My sofas are now tidy and firm, like new again for a fraction of the price of new furniture.

I had bought the chairs on Ebay, so they had no cushions and we didn’t have a template for making any.
I found Bristol upholstery through an Internet search with Google, and it seemed the answer to my problem. There was a huge range of fabric and you had supplied swatches, so we had some idea of what we wanted.
Bristol Upholstery’s specialist knowledge and expertese with Ercol chairs was reassuring.
We needed 6 cushions, so we brought a chair to you in January. Your advisor made a template of the chair seat and we chose the fabric.
We are delighted with the result. The cushions are a good fit, perfect colour and very comfortable. I love the fact that they securely staple with popper fasteners under the chair seats, and can be unzipped for washing. I hope these photos are useful for your purposes.

"This is not a request for information but feedback on your service.
We cannot praise you enough for the great service we received from your company in respect of the new cushions we wanted for our Ercol dining room chairs.
From the day we called into your showroom in Bristol, the staff were most helpful, they allowed us to browse and select as many samples of material from your vast selection, they explained how they would be made and that they would copy the cushion we took down with us.
Nothing was too much trouble.
A few days later when we had received the samples, we selected the material we liked, phoned your office and gave them the information they needed, paid a deposit, and was told they would be approx. 3 weeks.
In approx. 3 weeks a gentleman phoned and said our cushions were ready and when could they deliver them (and free delivery), this was arranged at a time that was suitable for us and duly turned up on that day.
Unfortunately, we did not get the names of the staff involved but all were most helpful.

The much firmer foam you fitted has given our high quality, 20yr old, Wade suite a new lease of life. We had been advised that the existing foam was as firm as was available and a local upholstery company told us the type of product we wanted just was not available.
We were recommended to you by a local soft furnishing teacher who has used your services over the years on the basis of, if Bristol can't do it or supply it then it doesn't exist.
A very positive phone conversation with Debbie resulted in our entrusting the job to Bristol Upholstery. The collection and subsequent delivery was very prompt and efficient.
This work is not cheap, and I have no idea how much other companies charge for similar work, but what I can say is that the cost was well worth it. The excellent service provided by Debbie and Dave as the point of contact complimented the very high standard of work from the upholsterers.
We would recommend your company without hesitation and will look no further should we need such work again in the future."

The mattress is for a critically disabled gentleman who suffers from MS and spends all of his time in bed, we have had serious struggles with finding an appropriate mattress that he can use comfortably, as MS causes hypersensitivity and ordinary disability mattresses are not appropriate (we have tried them all).
