• Our Reception and Showroom will regrettably NOT be open to visitors.
• Our incoming phone lines will be open 10.00am to 1.00pm and 1.30pm to 3.00pm, Monday to Thursday only.
REDUCED STAFFING LEVELS
Due to some of our loyal staff having to isolate because of COVID-19, we are already experiencing staff shortages across our business and anticipate this situation continuing during the Pandemic.
If you have an order already placed with us, the lead time originally discussed with you will very likely now be lengthened.

Our family run business started life 32 years ago and for the last 22 of these we have steadily been carrying out more and more re-upholstery and soft furnishings for customers in Bristol, Bath and throughout the South West…. and increasingly further afield such as Kent and Northamptonshire!

We like to think we offer a re-upholstery service that is a little different…
The growth of our business over the last 32 years has led us to currently employ 37 local staff, all of whom are non-commission paid and have a hard won reputation for their knowledge, friendliness and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
We're proud that many of our staff have been with us for over 10 years!
OUR BRISTOL SHOWROOM
We own our 21,000 sqft workshop premises at Cater Business Park, Bishopsworth on the South West outskirts of Bristol, hence we have the space to house a large permanent Showroom, open 6 days a week, to display thousands of fabrics and dozens of options for re-upholstery, cushion refilling, foam cut-to-size, outdoor cushions, mattresses etc.
We also have the space to display numerous pieces of furniture on which we have worked our magic, to show you what we can do!
This also means our customers are not having to pay a 'Middleman', or inflated prices to cover 'High Street' overheads!
OUR 'TRANSPARENT' APPROACH
We realise that it's unusual in our industry for upholsterers to encourage customers to see their working premises and probably unique to have invested in such a large permanent Showroom to display all the fabric, foam and cushion options available.
We've recently added a 'Customer Workshop Viewing Area' so you can see everyone and what jobs we're working on at the time!
That's why we're different – so come and see us, have a chat, see our craftsmen (and craftladies!) at work and browse all that we have on display!

If you can't visit us…. then wherever you are in the UK we can still happily work on your furniture, so long as you have a means of getting the furniture to us and collecting it when we've completed the work.
