Our incoming phone lines are open 10.00am to 1.00pm and 1.30pm to 3.00pm, Monday to Thursday only, however, we are all here working full, normal hours, i.e. 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, so if you need to email, or leave a voicemail, we will gladly respond promptly.

All of the work is carried out professionally, to the highest standard, and all at a time to suit you and without your furniture needing to be taken away!

After asking you a couple of questions about your furniture he will be able to give you options and prices to do the work. If this is acceptable to you he will arrange to come to your home, entirely without obligation. His appointment can be made in the daytime, evenings or weekends, to suit you. As you can tell, he doesn't need much sleep!
When he visits he will then confirm an exact price for you (which generally is the same as the estimate originally given over the phone) and with your agreement he will then do the work, professionally and cleanly, all in your own home.
Everything he requires in the way of tools, springs, foam etc, are all carried on board his vehicle, so in 95% of cases the work can be completed there and then.
